Fenrir is the mighty wolf from the ancient tales of Norse mythology. No one could tame his wild strength, so the gods bound him with the magical ribbon Gleipnir. It was made from six things no one could ever hope to find: the sound of a cat’s footsteps, a woman’s beard, the roots of a mountain, the sinews of a bear, the breath of a fish and the spit of a bird.
