You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with Little Northlings.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@littlenorthlings.com before the withdrawal period expires.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The item must be securely packaged when returned. You may inspect the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

The wall sticker may be removed from its packaging and inspected, but if you wish to retain its full return value, it should not be removed from the backing paper or applied to a wall.

If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, and this has resulted in a loss of value, an amount corresponding to the loss in value may be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
