About Little Northlings
Little Northlings sells wall stickers for children's rooms through our webshop, littlenorthlings.com.
Ordering
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help.
Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
Delivery
We currently ship to Denmark and Sweden.
All orders are packed and shipped from Denmark. We aim to dispatch your order within 1–5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping method and carrier selected.
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The item must be securely packaged when returned. You may inspect the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
The wall sticker may be removed from its packaging and inspected, but if you wish to retain its full return value, it should not be removed from the backing paper or applied to a wall.
If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, and this has resulted in a loss of value, an amount corresponding to the loss in value may be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount you are entitled to under applicable law using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Complaints and Faulty Products
You have a two-year legal warranty under Danish consumer law.
If you experience a fault or defect with your product, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item together with your order number. We will review your enquiry as quickly as possible and work with you to find a solution.
Damage During Shipping
If your parcel or product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of both the packaging and the product. We will help you resolve the issue.
